What is the average turnaround time for orders?
Most in-house items (shirts, wooden signs, and standard custom creations) are completed in 1–2 business days. Print-on-demand items take approximately 4 business days for production. Custom embroidery projects may take longer, we will keep you updated. We ship every business day.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free standard shipping applies to qualifying U.S. orders of $100 or more (before taxes and shipping) and to many shirts, wooden items, and custom creations. Exact eligibility is shown at checkout. International shipping is available at a flat rate calculated at checkout.
Who fulfills my order?
Some products are made in-house in Montrose, Colorado. Print-on-demand apparel and accessories are fulfilled by our trusted partner Printify and ship under the Underwood Creations name with our branding and inserts.
Can I get a preview of my custom design?
Yes. For most custom and engraved items you can request a preview via the email associated with your order.
What is your return policy?
