Refund policy

Underwood Creations offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return of eligible items.

Eligibility  
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached (if applicable), and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items  
Customized, personalized, made-to-order, and laser-engraved products are non-returnable and non-refundable. All sales of such items are final.

Sale and Clearance Items  
Items purchased on sale or clearance are eligible for return under the same conditions as regular-priced items.

How to Initiate a Return  
To start a return, contact us by email at diane@underwoodcreations.shop. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Return Shipping  
We provide a prepaid return shipping label for approved returns. Please do not send items back without first obtaining a return authorization and label. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Address  
Return packages must be shipped to the address provided on the prepaid return label. The return destination may vary depending on the product type and fulfillment method.

Refund Process  
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of our receipt of the returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges  
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items  
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at diane@underwoodcreations.shop so we can resolve the issue.
