Shipping policy

Underwood Creations ships exclusively within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Processing Times  
- Standard (non-custom) items: 3–7 business days after order confirmation  
- Custom, personalized, and laser-engraved items: 7–14 business days after order confirmation  

Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Carriers  
We ship via USPS, DHL eCommerce, DHL Express, UPS®, and FedEx. The carrier used for each order is selected based on the product type, destination, and shipping method available at the time of fulfillment.

Shipping Costs and Free Shipping  
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination. Orders with a subtotal of $100 or more (before taxes and shipping) qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Delivery Times  
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days within the contiguous United States. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking  
A shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order once your package has shipped. You may track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website.

Delivery Issues  
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first and then notify us at diane@underwoodcreations.shop. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Address  
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
